En tant que technicien(ne) à la paie, tu seras responsable de la gestion complète de la paie pour l’Ontario, tout en assurant un soutien lors des périodes de vacances pour la paie canadienne globale.

Tes responsabilités :

Produire la paie complète de l’Ontario (environ 100 employé(e)s, 3 agences, 3–4 conventions collectives)\n\t
Gérer une paie multi-province et syndiquée, en conformité avec les lois et conventions applicables\n\t
Assurer le traitement des déductions, avantages, ajustements et suivis\n\t
Communiquer avec les employé(e)s et partenaires internes en français et en anglais\n\t
Soutenir la gestion de la paie globale (450–500 employé(e)s) lors des vacances de la technicienne paie senior\n\t
Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus de paie\n\t
Répondre aux questions liées à la paie avec professionnalisme et rigueur.\n
